Service Agreement

This Project Service Agreement is entered into between the client ("Client") and Haus of Sassy B LLC, DBA Sassy B. Visuals ("Sassy B. Visuals" or "SBV"), the AI content studio owned and operated by the undersigned. By checking the Service Agreement acceptance box in the Project Creative Brief, the Client agrees to these terms for the project described in their submitted brief.

1. Project Scope

The project scope is defined by the package selected, the answers and references provided in the Client's Project Creative Brief, and any written addendum agreed to by both parties. Sassy B. Visuals will create the deliverables described in the selected package ("Deliverables") in a style consistent with the creative direction approved by the Client.

2. U.S. Clients Only

Sassy B. Visuals only provides services to clients and customers located in the United States. If payment is received from a billing address outside the United States, it will be refunded and the project will not be fulfilled.

3. Creative Brief Requirement

A completed Project Creative Brief is required before any production begins. Production does not begin until Sassy B. Visuals has received (1) the full payment, (2) the completed Creative Brief, and (3) all required assets, references, and information needed to produce the Deliverables.

4. Turnaround and Revisions

The project turnaround period begins only after Sassy B. Visuals has received the completed Creative Brief and all required project assets. Revisions are limited to the number included in the selected package. Revisions must be requested within the revision window described in the Revision Policy and must stay within the approved creative direction. Requests for a substantially new creative direction after production has begun may be treated as a change in scope and may require an additional fee.

5. Client Assets and Accuracy

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, properly spelled names, correct pricing, valid website addresses, correct product details, and any brand assets required for the project. Sassy B. Visuals is not responsible for errors that originate in materials supplied by the Client. The Client represents that they have the right to use all logos, images, trademarks, and other assets they provide.

6. Deliverables and Usage

Deliverables are digital files delivered in the format specified in the package. Usage rights are defined in the Licensing Terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sassy B. Visuals retains the right to display non-confidential work in portfolios, marketing, and social media.

7. Payment and Fees

All fees are due in advance unless a retainer subscription is selected. Retainer subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through the billing portal. Refund and cancellation terms are described in the Cancellation / Refund Policy.

8. Refund Policy for Digital Products

All Deliverables are custom digital products created specifically for the Client. Because digital files cannot be returned and production begins using the Client's submitted brief and assets, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once production has begun. If production has not yet started, a cancellation request may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Sassy B. Visuals' sole discretion.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation of a retainer subscription takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The Client retains access until that date. One-time project fees are non-refundable once production has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Confidentiality and Respect

Sassy B. Visuals agrees to keep sensitive business information shared by the Client confidential and to use it only for the purpose of completing the project. Both parties agree to communicate respectfully and professionally throughout the project.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sassy B. Visuals' liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the project at issue. Sassy B Visuals is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Deliverables.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the appropriate court located in Virginia.

13. Entire Agreement

This Service Agreement, together with the Project Creative Brief, Terms of Service, Revision Policy, Cancellation / Refund Policy, and Licensing Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties for the project. Sassy B. Visuals may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of the Client's booking applies.
