Every project with Sassy B. Visuals, a brand of Haus of Sassy B, LLC, is covered by a Service Agreement. Your project-specific agreement is generated during checkout: after you complete Your Project Vision and review your submitted project details, you review and electronically sign the agreement, then continue to payment.

The agreement identifies the contracting business as Haus of Sassy B, LLC, doing business as Sassy B. Visuals, and outlines the selected service or package, deliverables, payment terms, included revision rounds, turnaround expectations, cancellation and refund terms, licensing and usage rights, and other applicable project conditions.

Production does not begin until the agreement has been signed and payment has been received. This page is general information only; your signed agreement governs your project.

By booking a project with Sassy B. Visuals you agree to these terms. Sassy B. Visuals creates AI-generated visuals, reels, posts, logos, and brand music based on the information supplied in your Project Creative Brief.

Your project timeline does not begin until your completed Creative Brief and all required assets have been received. Estimated turnaround times are business days and exclude weekends and holidays. Requested deadlines are not guaranteed until the project has been reviewed and accepted. Rush work may require an additional fee.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every asset, product image, logo, font, likeness, and piece of text you submit. Sassy B. Visuals does not copy other creators' work; references are used to understand creative direction only.

Sassy B. Visuals will use the spelling, pricing, names, website addresses, and other details exactly as supplied in your Creative Brief. Corrections required because of information submitted incorrectly may be billed as a revision.

Included revision rounds vary by package and are listed on your selected package before checkout. A revision round means one consolidated set of change requests, submitted together.

Additional revisions are billed at the published add-on rates: reels and video $35, IG story sets $25, caption or hashtag sets $15, additional logo revision $35, additional logo concept $75, animation revision $75, major animation revision $125, and music revisions $50 each. Rush revisions carry an additional fee.

Requesting a substantially different creative direction after production has begun is considered a change in project scope, not a revision, and may require an additional fee or a new booking.

Because every project is custom and production begins shortly after the Creative Brief is approved, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Cancellations requested before production begins may be refunded in part, less any planning, consultation, or administrative time already performed.

Monthly retainers may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation ends access and future billing immediately; the current period is not pro-rated. Deliverables already produced remain yours under the applicable license.

Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated creative style is not grounds for a refund after approval of the brief.

Unless upgraded, all content packages include a Limited License covering organic social media use only ($150 per year, renewable). Paid advertising, TV, streaming, or unlimited commercial use require the corresponding license upgrade.

Logo packages include full commercial rights to the delivered logo files. Brand music is licensed for the use described at purchase; a Full Buyout transfers broader ownership as described in that package.

Licenses are non-transferable and apply to the purchasing business only. Sassy B. Visuals may display completed work in its own portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

Sassy B. Visuals, a brand of Haus of Sassy B, LLC, collects only the information needed to deliver your project: the details you submit through Your Project Vision, the assets you upload, and your contact information.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Sassy B. Visuals never sees or stores your full card details. We do not sell or rent your information, and we share it only with the service providers required to run this site and complete your project.

Uploaded assets are stored securely and used solely for your project. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email hello@sassybvisuals.com.
